Media Lesson 4/27 - 5/1

Device Free Moments
This week you are going to try and find some device free times. 
First let's do a few things. On your left, you will notice a link to Mr. Bragg's Library. Click on this and watch a video story read aloud.
Let's look at why being device free is important:

Create a Media Balance Chart like this one: Media Balance Chart. Think of how using devices makes you feel. Fill out the chart and notice how often you use devices in a day.
Finally, choose a device free activity to do from this list (Some of these require devices. Try and choose something that does not):

This week we will focus on collecting information as we learn about Ansel Adams, a famous photographer. First watch the video below:
After that go on a nature walk through a National Park.

If this inspires you. Go on a walk and take a few pictures. You can submit them in google classroom if you like.
Then choose the links under the Online Reading page above. Choose either Epic or Unite. The Epic code is in the link above.
Finally think of the new information that you learned about Ansel. You can share this new information with a family member.
